Hi all
Landed in Christchurch yesterday afternoon. Picked up the car and headed straight over to Akaroa, on the Banks Peninsula, Stayed in a very nice motel and had a great night sleep. Did not feel any aftershocks, as they had mentioned that happen daily.
We drove out this morning and headed down to Oamaru, on the east coast. Staying at a B&B here, and in town checking out the emails.

Hi Ernie and Jean! Glad to hear you arrived without a hitch. Hope you don't experience any aftershocks! It finally warmed up to 8 C here but today its trying to snow/rain and is gray...but I think spring is finally here! Looking forward to seeing your pictures!
